Banana’s are Fun and healthy! I love Friday’s because I get to monkey around in the kitchen with my buddy’s. We have fun creating new recipes with Fruit! This week we made banana Nicecream with papaya. It sure was yummy and easy to make.
3 things I look for in a good recipe:
- Easy to make
- Lots of Fruit!
- 4 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Papaya (1 cup)
- 1 Cup Coconut Mylk
- 1 cup Kind thoughts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- Chop banana into 1″ chunks – place in food processor
- Add 1 cup papaya, 1 cup coconut Mylk and Spices into food processor
- Blend all ingredient until smooth and then top it off with your most special thought!
