Sweet Potato & Banana Smoothie
- 6 Bananas
- 1 Cup chopped Sweet Potato (peeled)
- 4 Dates (pitted)
- 1″ Ginger (peeled)
- 2 Cups Filtered Water (room temp)
- Toss all Ingredients into High Power Blender (Vita-mix, BlendTec, Patriot)
- Blend Until Smooth
